The 1st Mediterranean Workshop on Solanum elaeagnifolium (Silverleaf nightshade) will take place in Perrotis College, American Farm School, Thessaloniki, Greece, on 04-06 July 2013.

1. Effect of Silverleaf nightshade on the Mediterranean Agriculture.
2. Future of Silverleaf nightshade in Mediterranean climate zone.
3. Controlling the beast: Biological, Chemical and other means of control.
4. Possible collective efforts in the field research and control of the weed.
