The 12th International Conference on Ecology and Management of Alien Plant Invasions (EMAPi2013) will be held on September 22 to 26, in Pirenópolis, state of Goiás, Brazil.

The specific theme of EMAPi2013 will be “A Perspective of Effects and Actions”, although papers on all aspects of research and policies related to alien plant invasions will be welcome. There will be sessions addressing methods of study, pathways of invasion, methods of control, governmental policies, population dynamics and genetic structure along with other topics.
